Monthly CRO retainer for meaningful experiments and steady website growth

Full CRO support for your team to scale conversions, prioritize the right opportunities, and turn existing traffic into more revenue

Start CRO Retainer→

2–4 A/B tests run every month

Planned, monitored and analysed

3 months — minimum to see results

Results compound from month one

10–15 prioritised CRO hypotheses

Scored by ICE, ranked by revenue impact

What changes when CRO becomes a system – not a side task

HOW IT USUALLY WORKS NOW
  • Decisions are driven by opinions, urgency, or competitor copying
  • Your team spends time on fixes that do not materially affect revenue
  • Tests happen irregularly, without a clear research and learning cycle
  • Conversion stagnates while acquisition costs continue to rise

Monthly CRO support for you, if…

You have traffic but CR is stuck

You’re spending on ads but the site isn’t converting at the rate it should. The traffic is there — the funnel isn’t working for it

You don’t know where to start

A/B testing sounds great in theory. In practice, you’re not sure what to test, how to prioritise, or how to read the results

You’re scaling and need a system

You’re growing fast and need conversion to scale with you. Random changes aren’t enough, you need a structured strategy

Ongoing CRO is not a monthly audit. It is an operating system for growth

We work with your team on a monthly basis to identify friction, build hypotheses, prioritize what matters, and support implementation and testing. Instead of one-off recommendations, you get a structured CRO process that compounds over time

Step 1

Audit & Strategy

Week 1

We deep-dive into your funnel — GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, competitor benchmarking. You get a prioritized 3-month testing roadmap

Step 2

Hypotheses & Testing

Week 2

We build 10–15 prioritised CRO hypotheses, create wireframes and dev specs, and launch 2–4 A/B tests. Your team implements — we oversee

Step 3

Results & Iteration

Week 4 — then repeat

We analyse what worked, scale the winners, and use every learning to sharpen the next round of hypotheses. This is how CRO compounds

What’s Included in Monthly CRO Support

No random ideas. Every month follows a consistent process designed to compound learnings and maximise revenue impact. Your team implements — we provide everything they need to do it right.

➤ Data & Funnel Analysis

Full GA4 analysis and drop-off review to track where revenue is being lost each month

➤ User Behavior Analysis

Heatmaps and session recordings reviewed monthly to surface hidden friction points

➤ Conversion Blockers List

A prioritised list of exactly what is stopping users from converting — ranked by revenue impact

➤ Competitor & industy check

What category leaders do better — and what principles to apply to your funnel this month

➤ Hypotheses & Testing Roadmap

10–15 CRO hypotheses built on data and scored by ICE framework each month — organised into a 3-month roadmap ranked by revenue impact

➤ Wireframes & Dev Specs

Figma wireframes, written briefs and technical specs for every experiment — everything your team needs to implement changes correctly

➤ Test Oversight & Results

2–4 tests designed, monitored and analysed, with full results reporting and learnings documented to sharpen the next cycle

➤ Reporting & Support

Bi-weekly async performance updates, a monthly 30-min strategy call, and priority Slack or email access throughout the retainer

Why 3 months beats just audits

CRO that compounds over time

Each test teaches you something about your customers. Those learnings inform the next test. A one-time audit tells you what’s broken. A retainer fixes it, validates the fix, and then finds the next opportunity — every single month.

By month three, you’re not just optimising pages — you’re building a competitive advantage that’s hard to replicate. This is why brands that commit to ongoing CRO consistently outperform those that run occasional audits.

Month 1: Full audit, strategy alignment, first tests launched. Baseline established.

Month 2: First results in. Winners scaled. Second wave of tests built on what we learned.

Month 3: Compounding effect kicks in. Learnings from 8–12 tests inform every new hypothesis.

Month 3+: Predictable revenue growth. Every month builds on the last. This is the system.

FAQ:

Directly with me — Daria, founder of Croptlab. No account managers, no juniors passing work around. Every audit, hypothesis, and recommendation comes from someone with 4+ years of in-house CRO experience across international DTC brands.

My background is e-commerce and DTC — sports, fashion, and outdoor brands. If you sell physical products online or services, and want to improve conversion across your key pages, we’re a strong fit.

First data comes in within 2–4 weeks of launching your first tests. Statistically significant results typically take 4–8 weeks per test depending on your traffic. The compounding effect becomes visible from month 2 onwards.

After signing, you’ll receive an onboarding checklist — access to GA4, heatmap tool, and a short briefing form. We schedule a kickoff call within the first week to align on goals, priorities, and your current funnel performance. First hypotheses are ready by end of week 2.

Minimal. You’ll need a developer available to implement changes — roughly 2–4 hours per week depending on test complexity. On your side, the main touchpoints are the bi-weekly async update (5–7 min read) and the monthly 30-min strategy call.

Async via Slack or email for day-to-day questions and updates. Monthly 30-min video call for strategy and results review. Bi-weekly written performance update so you’re always informed without having to ask.

We don’t implement directly — your dev and design team does. What we provide is everything they need to execute correctly: wireframes, written briefs, and technical specifications. This keeps costs lower for you and keeps your team in control of the codebase.

We agree on primary metrics before starting — typically conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, or checkout completion depending on your funnel priorities. Every test has a defined success metric and a minimum detectable effect so results are never open to interpretation.

Negative results are still results — they tell us what your customers don’t respond to, which informs every next hypothesis. Not every test wins, but every test teaches. Over a 3-month programme, the cumulative learnings are what drive consistent improvement.

Month 1 is audit and strategy. Month 2 is first results and iteration. Month 3 is where compounding begins and patterns become clear. Committing to less means leaving before the system starts working.

You can continue month-to-month, pause, or cancel with 30 days notice. No lock-in after the initial 3-month term.

At least 1,000 monthly visitors per tested page to reach statistical significance within a reasonable timeframe. Lower traffic sites still benefit from the audit, heatmap analysis, and UX recommendations — just with longer test cycles.
